thing, success for the Club. I was predominantly an 'inner' but I think we're reaching a point where there's little choice but to roll the dice and take a gamble with a new manager because Chris just isn't working at Norwich. Contrary to a lot of what is said about changing the manager in the media, it can pay off but it isn't an exact science. But look at Sunderland. Remarkable turnaround under Poyet. Trouble is that it could end up too late to play the gamble. Where I do lose sympathy with views on here is ideas that simple formations would be the answer or playing certain players. For crying out loud CH has had 30 plus years in professional footy. If it was that simple and obvious do they really believe he wouldn't spot it?!!! Can't think of another Norwich manager who I've so much wanted to succeed because he clearly is a top bloke which I know doesn't count for much in professional football but it does with me.
