What are folks thoughts on this fella for possible manager?

Stephen Pressley, Coventry. I know Coventry Yellow says he is happy there but seems to be doing a fantastic job with what he has to work with. Appears to be a Lambert type in that they average around 2 goals a game but give up a lot.
Without the 10 point deduction would have them close to a playoff place.
