I'm sure we've all read those Leadership in Management type books.

Much of it is common sense, and has you rolling your eyes whilst your Gran teaches you to suck eggs!

One thing however has always stayed with me from one of dem books. The definition of 'insanity'...

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

I suspect that is probably where the majority of frustrations for us as City fans are born from?
