In all seriousness I think Nigel should stop being so diplomatic, give someone both barrells if he thinks thinks they deserve it. It would also show people he cares, whilst I don't doubt for a minute that he does, being polite and spouting the same old excuses (however valid) all the time almost sounds like he wants to be everyone's friend.
