No you don't, you are paying for your entry to the stadium

within which the match is played.

There is no reason for s**t facilities and s**t service, especially in a brand new ground.

As far as I am concerned if you visit a 3rd Div ground you would expect the facilities to be a bit below par, but as long as the toilets are clean and the staff are friendly I think that's acceptable.

What is not on is people paying an awful lot of money to go to grounds and then being treated like they are completely inconsequential to the football money-machine.
