Therefore, an offer of about ?500,000 plus allowing him to work at another club straight away should suffice. Obviously, Livermore and the coaches will require similar arrangements. I'd guess ?1m - ?1.25m would be enough to replace them all by mutual consent, then we should be able to get a manager like tilson or Evans in with his backroom staff on much lower wages.
