- Replacing Svensson with Thorne who is nowhere near as good
- Fail to sign anywhere near enough midfieleders
- Not have a winger in the entire squad

Worthy is a complete liability - no other manager would:

- Turn ashton into a target man
- Constantly play players out of position
- Play Fleming for months too long
- Play Holt ahead of Safri for 6 months!
