are these comments about "training". If you watch a replay of, for example, our game against Hull. In particular their corner taking. I think I am correct in saying that EVERY single one of theirs was delivered into the box at head height within 6 feet of the penalty spot. Too far out for the keeper to risk coming for it, high enough to pass over the first man in defence and close enough for a good attacking header to threaten a goal. Norwich don't even achieve a 30 per cent success rate at that. How many times have we all thrown our hands up in the air in despair as yet another attacking chance is wasted? So someone tell me how our "training" cannot find a single NCFC player capable of delivering the ball consistently to a place where Doc and Dav can use the f**king thing! It is an un-contested ball. The oppo have to be, by the laws of the game, 10 yards back. It is sitting dead still. You can even tee it up on a little bit of mud if you like!And we still cannot do it properly. If the management of NCFC are reading this then please ask Nige about it. I'd love to hear how they train for corners.....
