Interesting

Stands: I am convinced that the new Jarrold stand was built specifically to allow addition of an extra tier should demand justify it. So I'm surprised to read about adding a new tier to the main stand - and would that really take us to 35k, I'd have thought more like 30?

Good idea on keeping Scores open etc - the club is at the bottom end of the New Riverside (tm) and should capitalise on that as it's shifted the focus of the city east of where it once was.

Interesting and reassuring to read Bentleys and Marney's comments - we all suspected as much but nice to hear it. Re Dav we can only hope.

On Joe Ferrari it's his job to manage the press image of the club so it's no surprise to me that he's asking those kinds of questions of Chris Wise.

On Nigel - there is simply a gap between what I am hearing from all the club's various outlets and what I am seeing on the pitch. The dead ball/offside stuff is just basic. I maintain that we have a very strong team for this division and we are underperforming - I find it very hard not to blame the bloke in charge of making us perform for that.

That said I don't actually think he's a "bad manager"; I do think he's done what he can at this club. I think he would do better at another club with a fresh start than he would by staying here, and I think we would be the better for a change as well.

So I remain an "outer" - not as a knee-jerk only-one-thing-can-do-it kind of thing but simply because I am convinced that a change of manager would benefit both the club and the current manager. I'm also curious on the stands.

Sorry if that's not quite the reaction the club is after.
