Should I or not?

i'm seriously considering turning the heating off in our building, a) because I can, b) because i want to piss some people off, c) because all i ever get is grief from one certain company within the building.

I'll show 'em, f**kers they can all freeze, then i may wind the heating right up so they're too hot, i'll keep alternating. So yes or no?
