how our club's player selection criteria works when we want to sign a new player, names out of a hat? Bonus ball(as sugested earlier,) kidnap the next player to walk past Carrow Rd.

I'm really at a loss, i just dont understand it. Can someone in the know enlighten me please or will it remain a mystery?
