Toss off some pancetta then throw some basil and cherry tomatoes in the bin, nick some apples from next door's garden - you naughtly little thing you! - take the left hand antenna from each of three snails and bung it all in the blitzer with two lugs of your very best extra virgin, three lightly toasted pine nuts and half an overripe celeriac, or maybe a quarter of a turnip if you're feeling saucy!
