I would have done a big chicken, a joint of beef and some gammon.

Not sure how, but my Mum always managed to produce them on Boxing Day for about 15, in a tiny kitchen with a tiny oven, so I'm sure with the correct instruction I could manage that in my bigger kitchen and bigger oven.
