I don't think anybody, whatever they feel about the current first team situation on a personal level, can doubt the honesty and sincerity of the board. It's clear that they want the same thing as us. But they have other things to take into consideration, e.g. money, contracts, constraints, hence not jumping into anything too brash. It's easy for people to say "Worthy Out" because the team are performing so badly, but I think we should listen to what Doncaster said.

Above all, it makes me very proud of the club that the Chief Executive cares so deeply about our concerns.
