The Boards Problem

We probably have one of the best boards in the division and you would expect them to back the manager. Most chairmen do, right up to the time they eventually sack them. The problem is as I see it to get rid of Worthless and his coaching staff and bring in a complete new set would cost a fortune. It would appear that players would have to be sold to finance such a move thus weakening the team and possibly disillusioning those that remained leading us into relegation. You can certainly see the boards dilemma stuck between a rock and a hard place.
What if we gave Worthless his own song demanding his resignation and informing him we want him out in no uncertain terms. Would he then bite the bullet and go of his own accord?
Any suggestions for a song?
