The person I really felt sorry for last night

was Safri, having to play in the middle of that shower of sh*te.

He's there trying to pass the ball, while the rest of them look like some kind of pub team after a particularly heavy night out.

Would imagine Davenport can't wait to find himself back amongst some proper footballers, too. (Can't really understand how it is that he appears to care more than the rest of them, either, when he's the only one for whom none of this really matters.)
