I assume they mean they refuse to do the usual Wupert Lowe/Freddie Shephard/Milan Mandaric stuff by slagging off the manager or players in public when things go wrong. It does nothing helpful for anyone. However this doesn't mean words aren't exchanged in private!

A. We prefer to focus on improving our position now, rather than looking at what might be occurring at the end of the season.
Which I really hope is another case of the above! Like Otto says - it's a gem of the art of saying nothing!
