African World Cup Winners 2006?
Can't see why not.
People will patronise them and say an African nation won't win a World Cup in Europe (what, they prefer playing barefoot on sand in the baking heat???) but thats where most of their players are playing, week in/week out, and, as far as climate is concerned, Germany/Europes suits just about everyone.
Reckon theres every chance.
