It depends

There are plenty of different angles;

Some people (Mainly NZers, I have to add) seem to have a sort of blanket inferiority complex. Most of the Aussies don't really give a s**t, except some of the Sydneysiders (Who tend to just be bloody annoying fullstop).

The Aussies mainly get on my tits at sport because they tend to win *everything* and are so f**king insufferable about it afterwards. Perversely, when they lose they are often very good about it and give credit where it's due. Not at football, however - if the Socceroo's lose, you can bank on a truly epic blub-fest to end all blub-fests.

Outside of sport, they're generally good people. Should Charlie come over the hill again in our lifetimes, if I couldn't have a Kiwi, there's no-one I'd rather have in the trenches next to me than an Aussie. I think the feeling is pretty mutual.
