I'm not against 24 hour drinking

But I don't think it'll work. I think the government have an ideological view that we'll turn into European drinkers; more relaxed, no binge drinking. Don't think it'll work. People cram in their drinking to neck as much as they can before 11:00. They'll still do this but just drink for longer
