In the 70s when we had two chances

I would have happily taken a League Cup win and gone down. Better than being losing finalists and going down. That wasn't fun.

These days success is getting 40 points and just staying in the Premier League. I don't really like that idea, and of course we will go down at some point, but that's the modern game.
