think the 2 weeks thing is correct....also advise them you cant remember who was driving at the time and ask for a photo..........as 80% people cough up straight away they let the other 20% go, the ones that would mean a bigger effort to process..........

IF they then come up with a photo, but its from the rear (ooh err!) and you cant see the driver - then confirm the car is yours but explaint you cant remember who was driving at that particular time as you and hubby both used the same car on the same route a few times that day...........
