One espresso (usually)

more if particularly bored, as going to the machine is something to do (I drink water like a fish for that reason).

I drink more when working from home (probably 3-4 cups of tea/coffee during the day) but the coffee in the machines at work is rank and I'm too tight to pay for Costa coffee from the canteen.
