Techie pen email help please

workmate is sending me a mail with an attachment, but it doesn't arrive in my inbox. Anything without an attachment from this person arrives ok, it's just the heavy mail that won't and it's not in my spam file or anything either..
Never had this problem before and also been receiving mails with attached files earlier today.
Any idea what the problem could be?
