the reason for that is (based on my 40 years plus experience):

When we are in a promotion dogfight we nearly always get the job done.

When we are in a relegation doigfight we nearly always f***it up.

Hence the reason I am utterly convinced we will get relegated. Not to do so would be totally un-Norwich.
