Our midfield? Anyone mentioned about it? Why not Tettey?

The Reading goal was Howson let the guy go and he scored from 25 yards, the Villa first goal, Pilkington let him go easily and Howson not in time to make a tackle. Why Tettey not in the starting 11? He was our main player which we have the 10 games run. He should be always, always start ahead of Howson or Johnson.
