Ruddy; Martin, R Bennett, Bassong, Whittaker, Johnson, Tetty, E Bennett, Snodgrass, Pilkington, Holt.
I wish I could say I was certain that's the way to go, but I think two wingers with Bennet and Pilkington, and Snodgrass just behind Holt gives us a better attacking threat.
The key one for me being Snodgrass instead of Hoolahan behind Holt. I'm not sure his ball retention is significantly worse than Hoolahan's, he gives us more of a goal threat than Hoolahan, particularly with his height if we've got two wingers supplying crosses and he gets stuck in a bit more.
The other massive point being, if it's not working FFS change it, get Hoolahan and a second striker on sooner.
Christ knows what will work but we need something different.
