People say he has struggled at Villa this season, but what they fail to take into account is that he has attempted to build something from scratch this season.

With us he had already spent three seasons building something special. All this team needed was a few player upgrades, not a complete system overhaul like Villa did.

For anybody who wants proof of the job he's doing at Villa, go compare their results from the first half of the season to the second. They didn't sign anybody of note in January either.
