there were RVW rumours doing the rounds - and we bought him a few months later (well, kind of, he won be coming now).

Celtic would have sold Hooper for the right price - we are still seemingly interested given the rumours are still around of fresh bids.

For the sake of saving a few million pounds, we seem to have thrown away the lot.
