Any thoughts?
If injuries allow I think we should get back to the side that beat Man U & Arsenal. This means recalls for Ruddy, Pilkington and Hoolahan. It may be worth starting Whittaker ahead of Garrido though.
Villas win last night should rid carrow road of any air of complacency and galvanize the crowd for what will need to be a monumental effort by all.
Our defensive style may be ideally suited to playing villa as their key strength is undoubtedly their counter attacking style. They are up their with the most effeftive counter attacking sides in the division. Thankfully our main strength (set pieces) is their main weakness which means we must make the most of any set piece opportunities.
Would also be nice to get the rub of the green. We have been very unfortunate with key refereeing decisions at both Sunderland and arsenal which have ultimately made things very uncomfortable when they perhaps didn't need to be.
