Its a risk...

like in any other business, nothing is assured. One uses ones experience and takes additional proffessional advise from ones management team and decides accordingly. Hence, I dont agree that Hughes/Jarret/Brennan are shyte. Theyre already proven at this level. But that said, the passion has to be nurtured, grown and then "released" Frankly its about "man management" Worthy proved he could do it, in our promotion year and the play off year. So, where the hell has it gone to now?
