Just my opinion, but it is clearly time for Nigel to go while we still have more good memories than bad of his reign.
The man to replace him should be Roy Keane. We'd get a passionate young manager wanting to prove himself and willing to give a good kick up the arse to the underperforming squad, and also a midfielder who may no longer be world class but would sit head and shoulders above anyone else in this division.
Doubt the board will have the vision or guts to rock the boat, though.
