Yeah i agree there...

thats the thing. they spent too much time on how to keep the squad happy then tactics etc...i have tried every formation you could think of with different individual tactics and the c**ts still won't do what i ask of them. they just stand off,push back and let the goals come flooding in. its like managing norwich in real life!...i'm 7 in the league with 16 games to go and just can't get us winning consistenly...on a side note the...david healy from leeds for 800k. he is a goal machine...he's on 27 so far. a deano is on 25. scoring plenty but conseding as many too...can't get the defencsive side of it right.
