Revisting An Old Post

In August, before the season started I posted the following.

"Our team must battle if we are to achieve our destiny. That effort must be recognised, celebrated and promoted. If every single one of us, works together, with the highest levels of ambition (but without arrogance or complacency), we will receive our rewards. If we have done that (irrespective of the final result), there will be no inquisition, no excuses, no scapegoats, but there will be a celebration of our success."

I stand by what I said three months ago....So a message to the Team and the Management, "Where are you?"
