It was a different sort of game...

QPR beat us by bullying us off the park. Yesterday we were simply out played by a team playing the way Worthington likes to play. They were first to everything. They competed for everything. They were nothing special, but just wanted it a lot more than we did. There was a drop ball midway through the first half that typified our display: Ashton contested it with one of their midfielders. There was not another City player within 10 yards, and must have been 5 or 6 of them. Even if he won the ball (which he didn't) he would have been under pressure and lost it as there was no support.

In my minds it was a worse display, and once again it was poor McV who had a decent game taken off!
