Laid up at the moment having haf the operation on my knee at last. At least I shopuld be OK for the Supporter Cup next year!

Apart from that things are pretty s**t what with the Canaries playing like they don't care right now.

At least the missus is running around making things easy for me. Just had another cup of tea put in front of me right now and she's running the bath! Maybe I'll act a bit stiff and I might get a massage too!
