McVeigh has all the talent but clearly dislikes Worthington. I also hear that Huckerby has been missing training regularly and just gets away with it.

Hardly good for morale, and no wonder the players no longer have any respect for the manager.

Also I think it's time that Jarvis and Henderson really nailed down a place in the first team, they've been on the fringes for ages now, time to give them a real go. God knows we gave Aidrian Coote long enough!

I really think Hendo and Jarvis could be great in this team, they were by far the best performers in our second-half "fight-back" at Luton, and in the promotion season Hendo put in some great performances.

And surely anyone can see that we need another top-class midfielder, Hughes is just a complete waste of time.
