one thing that is a concern is that fans seem to think that if we get a new manager

then our problems will be over. Just not the case it may take the new manager [if we get one] 2-3 years to get rid of the dead wood and build a new promotion challenging team cos these players dont seem to be up for it. Not all the blame should be directed at the manager.
