I think I agree with you

I suspect the players you would get rid of would probably be the ones that I would want to see go too, and almost certainly were brought in by NW.

If I am right and NW is no good at this lark then getting him to replace players isn't going to work cos he'll just bring in other similar.

Let some other manager have a go at getting rid of dead wood.
