thing is changing the manager won't make a lot of difference

Our squad is so poor the new manager will have almost an impossible job of sorting our our midfield. January is a tough time to do a rebuilding job as every club will inflate prices. We need a massive rebuilding job done to our squad. This cannot happen this season unfortunantely. But a new manager will be needed to do the job as the current incumbent has proven himself incapable to buy any decent players over the last 18 months.
