we:

1. Clear out the crap players in our squad who are not Championship standard (ie Brennen, Jarratt, Gallagher, Charlton, Fleming, Louis Jean and anyone who doesn't want to be here).

2. Use the saving in wages from that lot to attract quality Championship players.

Of course, we'll have to wait until next season to do any of this.
