He doesn't seem to have been able to find a replacement for Marc Edworthy. He's tried Flem in that position and I know he's played there before in that position but that is not his natural role.

?In midfield also I think something is missing. Take Safri out of the equation and there's no craft, no guile. With Damien Francis in the team he offered a lot going forward and scored a lot of goals from mid-field, which is priceless.?
