A PET owner who SCALPED a man with a saw in a row over a dog?s mess was jailed for four years.
Lee Tullett, 25, also hacked off one of William Fry?s fingers and severed the tendons in both his hands in the horrifying attack.
The pair had argued and then came to blows after Mr Fry, 41, told Tullett not to let his dog foul his garden in Portsmouth.
Tullett left the scene but returned ? punched carpenter Mr Fry to the ground, grabbed a saw and attacked him. Mr Fry lost a 5ins section of scalp and still needs treatment seven months on.
Tullett admitted GBH at Portsmouth Crown Court. Det Con Marcus Mills said: ?This is one of the most sickening attacks I?ve ever dealt with.?
And people wonder why I'm going home after uni!
