agree that he's a bit over-hyped on here

when he was a championship journeyman at Coventry (3 years was it?) I don't remember hearing us or anyone else say "we'll do OK against them as long as that Safri doesn't play".

And he clearly IS injury-prone.

That said, he appears to be our best central midfielder by a country mile (unless Jarrett surprises us), and given Worthy's interest in midfielders, I wouldn't be that optimistic about his replacement. So I really really hope we can persuade him to sign a new contract, personally.
