Two points:

First, even if someone in charge reluctantly decides it is time for Worthy to go I would be very surprised if they backed a wholesale change of management and coaching staff. The club's whole managerial strategy is stability, so any new manager is going to have to work with the existing set up -- at most one other new face to come in with them.

Second, I haven't got the sense that the Worthy's lost the dressing room. We may be playing badly, but we look like we want to play better. Unlike the dark days of Hamilton, when the team appeared to want nothing to do with football at all.
