anyone who thinks the choice facing us is easy hasn't thought enough about it. perhaps the only thing I would add is that I don't think it's really those of us who want a change that are refusing to debate this - rather, we've got a lot of abuse over the last few month from those saying we were disloyal / fickle etc. Have to say I think events have tended to suggest we're right, rather than the other way around.
but replacing him is undoubtedly something of a leap in the dark. Bottom line is things are getting worse and worse, and the current management appear to have absolutely no idea how to turn things around. (Apart from 'hard work', obviously.)
