Listen, there's such a thing as the LAW of DEFAMATION

People who post defamatory rumours about players could REALLY get Ben into the s**t, as technically he is the publisher of the libel. The club and the players have plenty of money and if they get sufficiently pissed off there's all sorts they could do to Ben.

It's not a question of "allowing people to make their minds up". People shouldn't post defamatory comments on here. And before Twat in Holland starts up, yes it is a classic cause of action in defamation to spread a rumour that someone is a closet homosexual.
