So I think it's not the manager's problem, it's the board problem

think if you work in a company, you won't ask your CEO to "let you go" becasue you had many criticism! Anyway at the end of the month (OK in England maybe weekly) when you look at my bank account, my monthly wages there, NEVERMIND any criticism!!!

So I think the real problem is the board...
