Everyone need a break, or need a rest, but if you ask any players do they need a break, I guess nobody will tell his manager they want, it should be the MANAGER'S job to see is there players need a break, especially when they are not in confidence mood.

Remember the game at Ips**t? When Hucks came on in the 2nd half, he scored! So I think it's not a worst idea to rest your star player
