After reading various reports im am sitting on the fence in the worthy situation

reading papaer reports have struck home, also talking to other fans. Short term i can see the beneifts of sacking him, Long trm i think it wud be bad for the club and the team, a change of direction is needed but iam not sure of who shud lead this new direction.
